1. Alang's Rawa Resort
Starting with our favourite Rawa Island, Malaysia! What complete Beach Front, all inclusive Resort has a Jetty with Waterslides on it, a reef to snorkle right off the shore and Crystal Clear Water to Paddle Board? Welcome to Alang's Rawa, the Maldives of South East Asia. This Island Paradise only allows up to 50 guests at one time and is accessible by a 15 minute ferry ride from Mersing. Mersing is a 2 hour drive from Singapore or 4 hour drive from Kuala Lumpur. It's the Maldives experience with the South East Asia price tag. From the moment you wake up, you are waited on by the incredible staff for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Spend your days on the powdery sand, watching the kids play in the emerald green calm waters or go for a paddle board or even hike! This place is family friendly, offering spacious rooms and plenty of kids activities. If you want an island escape away from the crowds then this is your place! The staff are what truly makes this place memorable, you leave feeling like part of the Rawa Island family!

2. Phong Nha, Farm Stay
A stay like no other! A retreat in the middle of rural Vietnam. We have traveled the world but our kids said this place was by far their favourite! Not only is this a fantastic stay for families, it's surroundings and all there is to explore was what made it even more incredible. This property features a stunning pool area, bar, restaraunt, pool table, giant chess, open fire place, sunset jeep rides, views over rice paddies with roaming water buffolo, bikes to ride at your leisure to explore the beautiful surroundings and food as delicious as it gets. If you can ever bring yourself to leave this Farm Stay, the adventures to be had nearby are totally worth experiencing. The Insta famous Duck Stop in Phong Nha, where you can feed the ducks, then let them thank you by giving you a duck massage (literally) and make your wish-upon-a-duck by throwing your lucky duck back into it's pond. A playful pastime of the local Vietnamese children. Its a very unique and fun opportunity you probably won't get anywhere else in the world. Then there is also cave tours where you can explore one of the biggest and most beautiful caves in the world - Paradise Cave, Phong Nha, Vietnam (yes, it's kid friendly), play on the inflatables in the nearby lake or try one of the many farm to fork dining experiences with views to die for over the surrounding Bong Lai Valley. 3. Disneyland Hotel, L.A
Of course we couldn't do a 'Where to holiday with kids' without mentioning a Disneyland! We've done a few Disneylands but Anaheim Disneyland has by far been the best! We took our kids when they were younger and they still talk about it today! We chose to stay at the Disneyland Hotel as we found this one to be the best for what it could offer our kids... i mean a monorail waterslide? This Hotel is huge, it feels like a city within itself! With direct access to Disneyland and California Adventure Park via the Downtown Disney District walking street. This street is full of entertainment, shops, restaraunts, bars and more! You can either walk to the park from the Hotel or get the Monorail. One of the perks of staying at this Hotel is that you get early access to the park before the public. Use this time to go on all the super popular rides! If there is one thing we can recommend while you are staying at the Disneyland Hotel, it's to pay the extra to experience Goofy's Kitchen on one of the morning's during your stay for an interactive breakfast with all the Disney Characters. Also be sure to download the Disneyland App before your arrival into the park to organise your day and secure your time slots for the rides and make your dining reserverations. 4. Atlantis The Palm
Ok, so this one might be blowing the budget a little but boy is it worth it! This 5 star luxury family friendly resort has it all and gives you a taste of the life of the rich and famous! Atlantis The Palm has a total of 29 restaurants, bars, and lounges offering a diverse culinary experience, from fine dining to casual bites. There is also an option to include full board or half board during your stay, which we recommend. We also highly recommend Saffron for a Buffet Dinner experience you will never forget. If you are an in house guest of Atlantis you will receive complimentary unlimited entry into The Lost Chambers Aquarium, one of the largest Aquarium's in the world and Aqua Venture Water Park, the biggest Waterpark in the world! Atlantis The Palm is also a complete beach front resort offering motorised and non motorised water sports. While you are in Dubai be sure to experience a Sand Dune Safari and Camel ride, also don't miss out on riding the glass slide at Sky Views and seeing the tallest building in the world the Burj Khalifa.

5. The Grand Mirage, Nusa Dua, Bali
The Grand Mirage, Nusa Dua is the definition of a kids paradise resort! A complete beach front resort featuring a kids club, swimming pools (one being adults only), Waterslides, Water Park, Games Room, Water Sports, Day Spa and more. Every day there are fun family activites to join in on such as releasing baby turtles into the sea, a foam party, kids games and even cooking classes! There are also several restaraunts here specialising in a diverse range of cuisines and of course, a pool bar! What is there not to love? You can also select an all inclusive package, which we highly recommend. Our kids loved that they could order their own lunch by the pool and of course an abundance of ice cream! Nusa Dua is a great family friendly area in Bali that we can't recommend enough! Be sure to experience the Rama live entertainment, which involves a dinner and show where the entertainers could even invite your children up onto the stage. Don't forget to spoil yourself with a romantic dinner for two on the beach, with the stunning Indian Ocean as your backdrop. Delight in a selection of set menus and exquisite dishes while your kids have fun in the kids club! You really do get the best of both worlds here!
